Terms and Condiions
All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. Please note that any information provided during sessions should not be used as a substitute for medical advice. It is always recommended that clients consult a medical practitioner for any health-related issues. Any use of information provided within the session is at the client's discretion and risk. Neither Rebecca Smith nor Calm Connection can be held responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising out of the use or misuse of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice, or for any material suggested on third-party websites.

All Reiki sessions will take place face-to-face, unless specified.
Distance Reiki, which will be at a set time as per any session, but will be sent you you while you are at a different location. Details on what you need to do will be provided in advance of your session.
Oracle Card readings will be emailed to you within 48 hours of payment clearing. This will be in the form of either a voice message or typed words, at Rebecca's discretion.

Recording of any session is strictly prohibited.

If you feel at the time that the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 15 minutes of the session, and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time, Rebecca cannot offer a refund at a later time.

If you are late for the session, Rebecca will do her best to honor your time but cannot go over the allocated time for your session due to her schedule.

Rebecca follows a strict cancellation policy. For sessions cancelled with more than 72 hours advance notice of the session, a full refund will be given. For cancellations within 48 hours, an alternative time will be offered (no refund will be given), and for cancellations within 24 hours, no refund will be offered. If you are unwell, please advise asap, and Rebecca will do her best to work with you to reschedule once.

Please do not book any of our services unless you are sure you can attend. Cancellations mean someone else misses out on the opportunity, as Rebecca has limited sessions available each week. However, if Rebecca can fill your reserved time with another client, she will do so and refund you.

A 100% payment is required at the time of booking for all sessions unless otherwise agreed and paying in cash. If for any reason you cancel or do not turn up and you are paying cash, an invoice will be sent for immediate payment as per the terms and conditions listed, and any balance will be due immediately. Oracle readings are non-refundable.

As a service dedicated to growth, each situation will be taken into account as Rebecca is aware that things do happen sometimes.
